福建省生态公益林管护和补偿机制问题及对策探讨

摘　　要：集体林权改革后,广大林农从经营商品林中获益较多,而从经营生态公益林中获益较少,生态公益林保护管理压力大。从福建省生态公益林管护现状出发,探讨了管护与补偿机制方面存在的一些主要问题,提出了完善生态公益林管护办法和补偿机制的建议。After the collective forest ownership reform, the forest farmers have been obtaining more benefits from commercial forest management, but less from non- commercial forest management, which has caused pressure in its protection. In perspective of the current situation of non - commercial forest in Fujian province, some main problems in protection and compensation mechanism of non- commer- cial forest were analyzed, and suggestions for improving its management and compensation mechanism were provided.
