摘　　要：在科学利用引文数据库的背景下,对学术水平进行综合评价等相关问题做了模型研究,基于影响因子的定义,并将其转化为合理的数学表达式,继而从数学角度分析影响因子的合理因素和不合理因素,以及它易受到的干扰因素等。考虑不同学科之间的差异,通过加乘系数对影响因子加以修正,得到相对影响因子,从而使其更好地承担衡量期刊学术价值的作用。The article is written under the background of Science document database and conducts model research of comprehensive appraising to academic level. Based on the definition of influence factors, it generates rational mathematical expression and then analyses rational and irrational factors of influence factors from math perspecfive. In view of differences between subjects, modification on influence factor is realized through attachment coefficient and then gets relative influence factors, which makes it possible to weigh academic value of magazines more effectively and efficiently.
