摘　　要：上海世博会世博轴设有6个阳光谷以满足地下空间的自然采光,阳光谷顶端与膜结构顶棚连接,均为三角形网格组成的单层网壳。结合阳光谷钢结构工程的特点、难点,给出阳光谷总体安装流程及吊装技术路线,即节点工厂制作,现场散拼成"个"字形分块吊装,临时连接,逐环安装,闭环后焊接的安装方式。重点介绍柱脚安装、阳光谷安装、满堂脚手架支撑等施工工艺。并指出钢结构安装完成后须将支撑系统卸载,使阳光谷钢结构系统单独受力。Expo Axis in Expo 2010 has six sunshine valleys for natural lighting of underground space, which are monolayer reticulated shell with triangle grid, and the top of stmshine valley is connected with ceiling of membrane structure. Combining with the characteristics and difficulties of sunshine valley steel structure, the general installation process and hoisting technology, that are fabricating joints in factory which are assembled 个 -shape on site, hoisting separately, temporary connection, installation for every ring, and welding after clese-loop, are put forward. Furthermore, the construction technologies of installation of column base and Sun Valley, full hall scaffold support are introduced in detail. Besides, it is pointed out that the support system should be unloaded after installation of steel structure to make steel structure ungergo forces individually.
