摘 要:上海世博会世博轴膜结构屋面为世界上最大的膜结构工程。选取实际工程中具有代表性的膜结构屋面局部进行足尺模型试验,以研究其在张拉过程和均布静载作用下的性能。分析表明:膜材料强度、节点强度以及张拉方式等均符合设计要求;考虑加工安装及材料误差等因素,两个模型的最终破坏形式均为材料强度破坏,双层膜结构极限承载力可以达到单层膜结构的1.8倍以上;试验数值同有限元模拟相差较大,建议设计时引入实际膜材本构关系,而不是线性关系。Membrane roof of Expo Axis in Expo 2010 is the largest structure in the world. The representative local part of membrane structure is selected to be carried out full-scale experiment to test its performance during tension and under uniform loading. Results indicate that material strength, joint strength, and tension style are in agreement with the design. And failure of two structures can be considered as failure of material strength cenceming fabrication and material deviatiori. The ultimate bearing capacity of two storey membrane structure is 0.8 times larger than the strength of single storey one. The difference between experiment data and finite element simulation is large, and it suggests that actual constitutive should be introduced during design, but not linear relationship.
