摘 要:上海世博会世博轴阳光谷屋顶为单层网壳结构,其节点一般由6根杆件汇交于一点,空间受力非常复杂。对阳光谷典型节点的承载力进行了有限元数值模拟,并进行了足尺模型试验,将试验结果与有限元分析值进行对比,验证了有限元分析的正确性,并以此推断整个节点的受力状态。研究表明,有限元数值模拟的承载力分析值均小于试验值,可以作为节点实际承载力的下限。而螺栓对接节点由于构造和加工等原因,实际承载力低于设计荷载。Sun Valley roof of Expo Axis is single-layer reticulated shell structure, whose joint is composed of six bars to intersect in one point. Combining with its complex loading, the bearing capacity for typical joints of Sun Valley is simulated by finite element methed(FEM), and full-scale test is carded out. Comparison between analysis and test shows that FEM is reasonable and can be used to predict the bearing capacity of the joints. The research also shows that the value of numerical result is less than that of test result and can be treated as lower limit of actual beating capacity. Due to the joint types and manufacturing defects, actual bearing capacity of bolt connection joint is less than design load.
