摘 要:上海世博会世博轴膜结构屋面为世界上迄今最大的膜结构工程,膜边界连接件性能对于其安全性至关重要。对单层单边膜、单层双边膜、双层双边膜进行了单向拉伸试验,考察连接件夹具形式和加载方式对膜结构边界连接件性能的影响,测试了膜边界双层焊接膜材的强度。研究表明,夹具对连接性能影响较大,应当合理选取夹具形式;膜材卷边形式、加载方式对连接件性能影响不大;双层膜焊接强度可以达到单层膜焊接强度的1.8倍。The membrane roof of Expe Axis in Expo 2010 is the largest membrane structure at present in the world, and its safety will greatly depend on the performance of the membrane boundary fasteners. The single-layer unilateral membrane, single-layer bilateral membrane, and double-layer bilateral membrane are tested with unidirectional tension machine, in which the effects of types and sizes of fastener fixtures as well as loading styles on fastener performance are checked, and the strength of double-layer welding membrane is inspected. Results indicate that proper fixture is important for ensuring good performance of fasteners, but loading styles have little influence, and welding strength of double-layer membrane is about 0.8 times larger than that of single-layer membrane.
