摘 要:在已有的"建筑工程4D施工管理系统"基础上,针对其在施工过程冲突分析方面存在的不足以及实际工程的具体需求,通过对施工进度、资源和成本费用的冲突分析与管理需求进行调研,详细描述相关冲突分析与管理的内容和流程。通过引入4D信息模型解决相应的关键技术问题,建立针对当前状态的静态预警机制和基于趋势预测的动态预警机制,从而改进施工冲突分析与管理的方法。工程实际应用表明,本文所提的方法能帮助施工管理人员把握和分析施工过程中的各种管理冲突,达到预警冲突和辅助决策的目的。Based on previous research achievement-4D construction management system, in order to meet specific requirements of real projects and to enhance the construction conflict analysis abilities of the system, the authors firstly summarize conflict analysis needs for schedule management, resource management and cost management during construction by investigation. Then an improved analysis and management approach for construction conflict is proposed by inducting the 4D information model to solve corresponding technical problems, followed by a detailed description of the work flow of conflict analysis and management. The static alert mechanism according to current construction status and the dynamic early- warning mechanism are illustrated based on prediction information by development trends during construction. Finally, examples of project applications show that the improved approach proposed can help project managers to grasp and analyze various construction conflicts, achieve purposes of conflict early warning and decision-making support.
