摘 要:以1700板坯中间包为研究对象,应用FLUENT软件计算了中间包的温度场。结果表明:原型中间包内钢液温度分布不合理,两个水口出口温度不一致,且温降较大。优化后中间包内钢液温度分布更加合理,尤其是坝体高度555 mm,并设导流孔的方案3为最优方案,此时中间包内钢液最低温度为1820.6 K,最大温差为5 K左右,进出口温差为1.9 K。The temperature field distribution in a tundish applied to 1700 cast slab was simulated by Fluent Software. The result shows that the distribution of molten steel temperature field in original tundish is unreasonable. It suggests that the temperature of effluent from one gap was different from the other, and the different value between the temperature of effluent and infiuent was quite large. The temperature field distributions of molten steel in the optimizing tunish were reasonable. When the dam in tunish was 555 mm high and there were weep hole on the dam, the lowest temperature of molten steel was 1820.6K. In the optimizing tunish, the difference value of the molten steel temperature in tunish was about 5K,and the difference value between effluent and influent was 1.9K.
