摘　　要：目的:探讨丹参多酚酸盐对不稳定型心绞痛患者血小板聚集及基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)功能的影响。方法:将60例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为丹参多酚酸盐治疗组(A组)及常规治疗组(B组),均治疗14d,观察两组治疗前后血小板聚集率、MMP-9表达变化情况。结果:A组在降低血小板聚集率和MMP-9方面均优于B组。结论:丹参多酚酸盐能明显抑制血小板的聚集和活化,同时可通过降低MMP-9稳定斑块,改善预后。Objective： To study the depside salt from Salvia Mihiorrhiza on blood platelet function and MMP-9 in patients with unstable angina. Methods： 60 patients with unstable angina pectofis were randomly divided into depside salt from Salvia Mihiorrhiza group （group A） and Danshen Injection control group （group B）. Every group was treated for 14 days. The changes of blood platelet packingfmction and MMP-9 in the two groups were observed. Results： In group A, blood platelet packing fraction and MMP-9 were decreased more than that in group B. Conclusion： Depside salt from Salvia Miltiorrhiza can obviously inhibit the aggregation and activation of platelet, and the expression and secretion of MMP-9.
