摘　　要：现有ERP系统不能适应企业的业务流程重组,系统耦合度较高,可重用性差,难以推动二次需求开发。本文从SOA(面向服务体系架构)的观点出发,提出了一种基于SOA和开源模式的ERP系统的设计方案。在深入分析SOA原理及开源模式实现的基础上,给出了该系统的体系架构,并分析了系统在J2EE平台上的具体实现。The existing ERP （Enterprise Resources plan）system has high coupling degree and poor reusability ,its business in management is not flexible, what＇s more, deficiencies in recycling led to the difficulty of developing the second demands. In order to solve these problems, from a viewpoint of SOA （service-oriented architecture）, a Open source ERP system was put forward on the basis of SOA. By analyzing the principle of SOA and the feature of Open source system, the paper provided an SOA-oriented Open source ERP system structure and discussed some techniques which can be used to realize on J2EE platform.
