摘　　要：加强节能发电调度信息管理,是贯彻和实施节能发电调度的基础。为此,设计了基于J2EE平台开发的节能发电调度信息管理系统的基本架构,描述了系统功能模块的实现,给出了J2EE构架下系统的软件设计、数据库设计和安全设计。系统采用分布式三层结构,具有很好的兼容性和可扩展性。该系统能方便实用,能很好的满足省级电网节能发电调度管理的需要。Strengthening information management of energy-saving generation dispatch and is foundation of implementing energy-saving generation dispatch. Basic frame work energy-saving and generation dispatching information management system based on J2EE is designed and the realization of systematic functions modules is described. The J2EE based systematic software designe, database design and security design are provided. The distributed 3-layers architecture is applied,which has corking compatiablihy and expansibility o The system is practical and can meet demands of provincial dispatching center for the purpose of energy-saving generation dispatch.
