摘　　要：三大国际金融中心形成和发展的经验表明,国际金融中心的建立不仅需要实体经济的稳定快速增长,而且需要高效的金融体制、健全的金融市场、有效的货币调控体系和金融自由化等。中国大陆都市要建立国际金融中心,应结合国际金融中心建设的经验,大力探索我国政治、经济改革道路,提高我国经济实力和国际影响力,促进人民币的国际化,进一步拓展金融机构、金融资源、金融人才集聚和发展空间。The experience from the formation and development of three major international financial centers has shown that the establishment of an international financial center requires not only the stable, rapid growth of the real economy, but also an efficient financial regime, sound financial markets, effective monetary regulation and control system, and financial liberalization. It＇s necessary for China＇s mainland cities building international financial centers to combine with the successful experience of building international financial centers, exploring vigorously the political, economic reform and improve China＇s economic strength and international influence, promoting the internationalization of Renminbi, with further expansion of concentration and development space for financial institutions, financial resources, and financial talents.
