摘　　要：论述了连杆裂解加工技术的质量要求及常见缺陷,研究了连杆材料、锻造工艺、裂解载荷、加载速度及预制裂纹槽的加工方式与几何参数对裂解加工质量的影响因素规律,并给出了合适的工艺参数。This paper discussed the quality requirements and common defects of connecting rod fracture splitting machining. And then this paper studied the influences of technique parameters, such as materials, forging technique, splitting force, loading speed, processing method and geometry parameters on the quality of fracture splitting machining. Finally appropriate technique parameters were put forward.
