摘 要:注塑模冷却水道的设计不但关系到塑件质量而且也关系到注塑成型生产效率。本文通过实例,对随形冷却水道进行计算及设计。运用Moldflow MPI软件对塑件进行模拟,对传统冷却与随形冷却进行了对比,通过对制冷时间、平均温度等模拟结果进行分析,最终得出随形冷却水道使塑件冷却更加均匀,冷却时间缩短,生产效率提高。The design of the cooling channel in injection mould greatly influences the quality of plastic production and the inject production efficiency. In this paper, the eonformal cooling channels in injection mould were calculated and designed by an example. Then the process of plastic production was simulated by the software of Moldflow. Meanwhile the conformal cooling method was compared with those conventional methods, by analyzing the simulation results of the cooling time and average temperature, the result that the conformal cooling channels have more uniform cooling effects can be put forward, and the new design can get shorter cooling time and higher efficiency.
