简化Shouldice法结合网状补片治疗腹股沟疝132例临床分析

摘　　要：目的简化Shouldice法并结合网状补片治疗腹股沟疝,探讨一种适合于基层医院的手术方法。方法用简化Shouldice法修补腹横筋膜缺损,用网状补片加强内环口。结果我院2005年3月至2007年9月132例接受此种手术的患者,手术时间30～60min,术后并发症发生率为3%(4/132),术后随访2～3年,复发2例,复发率1.5%。平均住院天数4.3d,平均住院费用1642.35元。结论采用简化Shouldice法结合网状补片治疗腹股沟疝是一种安全、可靠、低费用、适合在基层医院开展的手术方式。Objective Simplified the Shouldice repair method and combining it with mesh repair to treat inguinal hernia, and to investigate a suitable method in the basic level hospitals. Methods To repair the defect of the transversalis fascia by simpified Shouldice repair method, strengthen the posterior wall with mesh. Results Analyzing of thel32 cases from Mar. 2005 to Sept. 2007 who accepted this operation,the operation time was 30 to 60 min, the incidence rate of postoperative complications was 3 % （d/132 ） , the recurrence rate was 1.5 % （2/132） during the follow up period of 2 to3 years. Conclusions Simplified Shouldice repair method combining with mesh repair is a safe, reliable and cheaper method for the treatment of inguinal hernia in the basic level hospitals.
