摘 要:糖尿病是由于胰岛素分泌不足引起的一种新陈代谢疾病,对糖尿病的有效控制在于不间断的测定血糖浓度并适时的释放胰岛素。因此,能够对环境葡萄糖浓度变化做出应答的功能型高分子材料葡萄糖敏感水凝胶,在生物化学和生物医学领域引起了极大的关注。本文综述了近几年国内外葡萄糖敏感型水凝胶的研究现状,重点介绍了应用于胰岛素释放体系和生物传感器领域的载有葡萄糖氧化酶、伴刀豆球蛋白和苯硼酸基团等葡萄糖敏感型水凝胶的作用机理和最新研究进展,展望了今后的研究方向。Diabetes is caused by the inability of the pancreas to control the blood glucose concentration. Effective management of diabetes relies on the frequent monitoring of blood glucose concentrations and the glucose responsive insulin release. Glucose-sensitive hydrogels have attracted considerable attention in the biochemical and biomedical field,since they can be responsive to the changes of environmental glucose concentration. In this paper,the principles and development of glucose-sensitive hydrogels are reviewed, and the latest research progress in the fields of insulin release systems and biosensors is introduced emphatically, in which glucose-sensitive hydrogels have three types of receptors: glucose oxidase, concanavalin and phenylboronic groups. Furthermore, the future research direction of glucose-sensitive hydrogels is predicted.
