带神经血管蒂示指背岛状皮瓣在拇指损伤修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨带神经血管蒂示指背岛状皮瓣修复拇指皮肤软组织缺损的临床效果。方法：采用带神经血管蒂示指背岛状皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损18例的临床实践，证实该皮瓣的解剖位置及适用范围。结果：18例皮瓣均成活，术后随访1～36个月，外形满意，皮瓣感觉恢复良好。结论：带神经血管蒂示指背岛状皮瓣是拇指皮肤软组织缺损修复的可行方法。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of first finger dorsa island flap with neurovascular pedicled for thumb trauma. Method Total 18 case of thumb truma had been repaired with the island flap in my hospital from April 2000 to October 2006. The anatomical location and indication were verifield. Results The 18 cases all survived. Following - up of 1 to 36 months showed satisfactory results functionally and cosmetically. The flap sense was all right. Conclusion The first finger dorsa island flap with neurovascular pedicled is an effective method for treatment of skin and deep soft tissue in thumb.
