中药内服外用治疗儿童髋关节滑膜炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对比观察中药内服外用治疗儿童髋关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例儿童髋关节滑膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组40例给予卧床休息、患肢皮牵引及安慰剂(5%葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注)治疗;治疗组除给予卧床休息及患肢皮牵引外,并用中药内服外用,在2个星期内对比观察两组疗效并进行分析。结果:治疗组与对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:对髋关节滑膜炎应采取积极的治疗,中药内服外用综合治疗是一种行之有效的方法,可以缩短治疗时间,减少患者痛苦。Objective To investigate the cilincal effects of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of transient synovitis of the hip, comparing with those treated by dummy. Method Eighty patients were divided into two groups randomly, the treated group（ n = 40）and the control group （ n = 40 ）. The patients in the treated group were cured by skin traction, complete bed rest and the traditional Chinese medicine, another group by skin traction, complete bed rest and dummy （5% GS）. All of them were analysed after two weeks. Results The excellent and good rate was 90. 3% in the treated group and 75.0% in the control group. Conclusion Energetic therapy should be given to those patients with transient synovitis of the hip. It is more effective that the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of transient synovitis of the hip in children,which has the advantages of shorting time of therapy and decreasing of patients＇ suffering, etc.
