复方樟柳碱穴位注射治疗后天性麻痹性斜视

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方樟柳碱穴位注射治疗后天性麻痹性斜视的临床疗效。方法:对56例后天麻痹性斜视应用复方樟柳碱穴位注射治疗,外展神经麻痹给予丝竹空穴注射,滑车神经麻痹给予丝竹空穴加攒竹穴注射,动眼神经麻痹给予丝竹空穴加球旁注射。观察2个疗程(20d)后的临床治疗效果。结果:56例后天性麻痹性斜视,治愈48例,好转7例,无效1例,总有效率为98%。结论:复方樟柳碱穴位注射治疗后天性麻痹性斜视可缩短治疗时间,减少患者痛苦,降低经济负担,操作简单、安全,是一种有效的临床治疗方法。Objective To investigate the effect of compound anisodine hydrobromide injection in the treatment of acquired paralytic strabismus. Method There were 56 cases of acquired paralytic strabismus from January 2008 to April 2009. They all accepted the treatment of compound anisodine hydrobromide point - injection. For the abducens nerve palsy patients, we choose Sizhukong point - injection, Sizhukong and Chuanzhu point -injection for oculomotor nerve palsy patients, Sizhukong point -injection and peribullar injection for trochlear nerve palsy. After 20 days, we observed the clinical treatment effect. Results In 56 cases ,48 patients was cured,7 patients got better, one case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was 98 %. Conclusion Compound anisodine hydrobromide point -injection can shorten the time of treatment, release the pain and cut the burden of patient. It is easy to master and an effective method in the treatment of acquired paralytic strabismus.
