摘　　要：针对不同的工程造价管理模式,从工程建设成本和工程交易价格两个方面分别阐述了工程定额在工程造价管理不同阶段中的地位和作用,认为,企业定额是工程量清单计价模式下工程造价管理体制变革的必然结果。The construction cost control is changing from the traditional quota model of pricing to the BOQ model of pricing with the gradual improvement of the construction market in China.The status and role of the engineering quota in the construction cost control are fundamentally changing.With regard to various management models for the construction cost,the status and role of the engineering quota at different construction cost control stages were discussed from the two aspects of the construction cost and transaction price of projects.It was proposed that enterprise quota should be the necessity of the transform of construction cost control system under the BOQ model of pricing.
