摘 要:目的球形红细菌生物转化槲寄生培养液石油醚萃取部位化学成分的分离及鉴定。方法通过溶剂萃取和柱层析分离单体化合物,通过理化鉴别和光谱分析对单体成分进行结构鉴定。结果分离鉴定4个化合物,分别为古柯二醇、β-乙酰香树脂醇、β-谷甾醇及β-胡萝卜苷。结论4个化合物中β-乙酰香树脂醇、β-谷甾醇及β-胡萝卜苷已从槲寄生中分离得到,古柯二醇未见有槲寄生中分离得到的报道,推测可能为转化得新成分。Objective To separate and identify the chemical constituents from the petroleum ether extraction part of Rhodobacter sphaeroides biotransforming Viscum coloratura( Kom. )Nakai. Methods The monomer compounds were separated by solvent extraction and column chromatography, and their chemical constitutions were identified by physical, chemical and spectral analysis. Results Four compounds were separated and identified, which were erythrodiol, β-amyrin acetate, β-sitosterol and daucosterol. Conclusion β- amyrin acetate, β-sitosterol and daucosterol have been already separated from Viscum coloratum( Kom. )Nakai ,and there have been no literature about separation of erythrodiol,which is inferred to be a possible constituent from transformation.
