摘　　要：目的探讨肾动脉狭窄介入治疗的临床护理规范。方法对20例肾动脉狭窄介入治疗患者进行了介入治疗术前护理、术中配合、术后并发症预防及出院康复指导。结果20例患者介入治疗后头痛、头晕等症状完全改善,患者可不服用降压药或减量,血压能控制在正常范围,延缓了肾脏衰竭的发生,改善肾功能。患者术后无一例并发症,随访效果良好。结论做好术前护理、术中配合、术后并发症预防等相关护理是手术成功的关键,是提高肾动脉狭窄患者生活质量的有效保障。Objective To discuss the clinical nursing criterion of interventional treatment in renal artery stenosis patients. Methods 20 renal artery stenosis patients who would receive interventional treatment have been carried on pre - operative care, coordinate with surgery, prevention of post - operative complications and out of hospital rehabilitation. Results 20 cases involved in the treatment of patients with headache, dizziness and other symptoms improve,Patients not taking antihypertensive drugs or reduction, blood pressure can be controlled within the normal range, delayed the occurrence of renal failure and improve renal function. None of patients with postoperative complications, follow - up results are good. Conclusion Do a good job in pre - operative care, coordinate with surgery, prevention of post - operative complications is the key to the success of surgery, is the effective protection to improve the renal artery stenosis patients＇ quality of life.
