摘　　要：目的:了解不同层次临床护士对患者病情掌握情况。方法:按比例随机抽取276名值班的各层级护理人员进行考核,并对考核结果进行分析。结果:考核优良者80名,仅占参考护士的28.98%;合格者144名,占52.17%;不及格者52名,占18.84%。护师考试成绩优于副主任护师、主管护师和护士,而副主任护师和主管护师优于护士;护士对患者的基本情况、病情、治疗措施、观察重点及护理措施等方面存在的问题较多。结论:应加强护理人员整体护理相关知识的培训力度和广度,使护理人员的知识面适应系统化整体护理,不断提高护理人员的整体素质。Objective： To understand the case of the clinical nurses at different levels to master the situation of patients. Methods ： 276 samples in proportion to the level of nurses were taken out to have assessment, and analyse the examination results. Results：Excellent reference test was only 28.98 percent of nurses, while generally was 52.17percent and failure was 18.84 percent. The examination results of the Superior nurse were the best among the deputy director of the nurse and the charge nurse and the nurse, while the examination results of the deputy director of the nurse and the charge nurse were better than the nurse. There were a lot of problems about the nurse understanding the information on the patients, treatment, observation and nursing care. Conclusion ： To enhance the training intensity and breadth of the knowledge of the overall care of the nurse to make the knowledge of the Nurses adapt to the overall systematic care, continuously improve the overall quality of the Nurses.
