摘 要:采用稳定同位素(15N-Gly)示踪技术、氮平衡试验和血清生化指标检查,研究了硼砂、半胱胺及硼砂和半胱胺复合制剂对绵羊生长性能、血清生化指标、体蛋白动态代谢和氮沉积的影响。结果表明:硼砂和半胱胺均明显提高育肥羊的生长性能,其中半胱胺及其与硼砂混合制剂显著提高育肥羊采食量(P<0.05),半胱胺组和硼砂组显著提高平均日增重(P<0.05),混合组平均日增重达极显著水平(P<0.01)。混合组的血糖水平最高,而育肥羊血清尿素氮(BUN)值最低(P<0.05),生长抑素(SS)值为56.02pg/ml,极显著低于对照组的71.45pg/ml(P<0.01);混合组的血清3-碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)和甲状腺素(T4)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),生长激素(GH)和胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)水平也显著高于对照组(P<0.01);各处理组的血清胰岛素(INS)水平均与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。混合组和硼砂组均可改善氮代谢,体现在混合组显著提高沉积氮、氮的净利用率和生物学效价,硼砂组显著改善沉积氮、氮的净利用率和消化率。硼砂组和半胱胺组均可提高蛋白质沉积速率、氨基酸的表观利用率、净效率和生物学效价;提高可消化氨基酸合成蛋白速率和可消化氨基酸氧化速率,但前者提高幅度大于后者。Experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of borax,cysteamine and the mixture of two compounds on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,protein turn-over and nitrogen aggradation of sheep by using isotope( ^15N-Gly))technique,nitrogen balance trial and serum testing.The results showed that both borax and cysteamine could increase the growth performance of sheep,especially the cysteamine and its mixture with borax,which increased average daily feed intake(P〈0.05),both cysteamine and borax increased average daily weight gain(ADG)(P〈0.05),however,the mixture increased average day weight gain(ADG)(P〈0.01).Serum glucose content of mixture was the highest,and serum urea nitrogen(BUN) of mixture was the lowest(P〈0.01),and somatostain(SS) of mixture was 56.02pg/ml,significantly lower than that of control group(71.45pg/ml)(P〈0.01);The concentrations of triiodothyronine(T3) and levothyroxine(T4) of mixture were higher than that of control group(P〈0.05),and the concentrations of growth hormone(GH) and insulin-like growth factors(IGF-1) were also significantly higher than those of control group(P〈0.01).There was no significant difference of insulin(INS) between experiment groups and control group(P〉0.05).Both mixture and borax contributed to increasing nitrogen retention,net nitrogen utilization,digestibility and biological value.Both borax and cysteamine accelerated protein degradation rate,apparent amino acid utilization rate and net amino acid utilization rate as well as biological value,body protein and oxidation rate,but the former was greater than the later.
