摘  要:本文介绍了射流燃烧室在车用汽油机上的应用研究。汽油机射流燃烧室具有独特的结构,在压缩和燃烧过程中燃烧室内能形成强烈的微涡流,因此它可以有效地抑制发动机的爆震,且在燃用相同辛烷值燃料时能提高发动机的压缩比,并形成快速燃烧和稀混合气燃烧。这种燃烧系统在几种常用汽油机上的应用表明,发动机性能得到了明显的改善,特别是燃料消耗率和排气污染显著降低。This paper describes an investigation on the applications of TJ Jet combustion chamber in the vehicle gasoline engines.The TJ Jet combustion chamber possessing special configuration is designed to generate strony microscale turbulence in the combustion chamber during compression and also combustion processes.Thus the engine knock is effectively depressed and the compression ratio of the engine is allowed to raise for same fuel used.Therefore,a fast burn and lean burn engine with higher compression ratio can be realized.The applications of TJ Jet combustion system to several models of vehicle gasoline engine show that the engine performances are improved considerably,in particular,the specific fuel consumption and exhaust emissions are reduced magnificently.
