摘　　要：数字信息技术的广泛运用，从根本上改变了传统的作战模式，使指挥控制方式发生了重大变革。以计算机技术为基础建立起来的作战指挥信息系统，主导着战场的一举一动，该系统安全与否已成为关系战争胜负和国家安全的重大问题。在对军队信息系统安全需求的分析的基础上，结合容灾恢复的手段和方法，提出了相应的容灾恢复机制，对实现军队信息系统安全容灾恢复机制有一定的参考价值。With the extensive use of digital information technology, the traditional operation mode has been changed, and the command and control approach has undergone great change. The battlefield command systems, based on information technology, dominate the battlefield now. The security of the command systems has become a key to the victory or not in war and the national security. Based on demand analysis of information security of the military, a disaster tolerance system is proposed with respect to approach and method of disaster tolerance, which has determined reference value to establish the disaster tolerance system to information security of the military.
