摘  要:文章结合工作实践,阐述了铜铁试剂——乙酸-乙酸钠底液中铀的催化极谱法测定原理及方法,提出用(NH4)2CO3小体积沉淀分离干扰元素比Na2CO3效果更佳,论述了利用TBP萃淋树脂反相色层法分离干扰元素,通过沉淀分离干扰元素的技术条件进行了试验,研究了试剂浓度、酸度、放置时间、温度等条件对波高测定的影响因素。Determination principle and method of uranium in cupferron-acetic acid- sodium acetate base solution by catalytic polarography was introduced combined work. It was brought out that separating results was better to use (NH4)2CO3 small sample deposition than Na2CO3. The interference elements were separated by TBP SIR inversed phase chromatography. The effect of separated conditions such as concentration of regents, acidity, storage period and temperature to the wave height were studied.
