摘　　要：针对沿沟公司选煤系统在生产中出现的问题,通过分析、考察、论证,对选煤系统进行了改造,筛分楼螺旋筛改为75 mm×75 mm孔径,提高煤炭资源回收率,减少了地面矸子山翻矸量;上仓皮带F加装ZYA-1536圆振筛,降低了灰份,提高了煤质,回收了煤矸;煤仓下加装PFW1010破碎机,将回收煤矸破碎后做为中煤销售,提高了经济收入,并为社会提供了多品种煤炭,从而产生了较大的经济效益。Aiming at the problems appeared in the production of coal dressing system in Yangou Co. , the authors have introduced the screening improvement of coal dressing system by analyzing, investigating and demonstra- ting, which improves the recycle rate of coal resource and reduces gangue quantity of ground waste rock dump. ZYA--1536 Circle--shaking Sieve is added, which improves coal quality and recycles gangue, improves economic income, provides various kinds of coal for the society and achieves better economical benefit.
