摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法测定了染色纺织品和皮革中的禁用偶氮染料。对国家标准SN/T1045.1—2002进行了修改与完善,优化了芳香胺的提取溶剂为二氯甲烷和甲基叔丁醚(体积比1:3),净化试剂为Na8SiW11O39,同时液相色谱固定相由C8改为C18,获得了很好的分离效果,实现了23种芳香胺的同时分离检测。除2,4-二氨基甲苯外,对空白样品的加标回收率为80%~115%,相对标准偏差小于7.5%。该方法简便、快速、灵敏,满足国内外生态纺织品标准及法规限量的新要求。A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the determination of banned azo colorants in dyes textiles and leather products based on the modification of National Standard of SN/T 1045.1 -2002. The aromatic amine in samples were prepared by using dichloromethane and methyl tertiary-butyl ether(MTBE)( 1 : 3, by volume) as extraction solution and Na8SiW11O39 as purification agent. The extract was separated on C18 instead of C8 by using methanol - phosphate buffer as a mobile phase at flow rate of 0. 5 mL/min. The quantitative analysis was performed by a ultraviolet detector. The result indicated that 23 azo colorants were successfully separated. Excepting 2, 4-toluylenediamine, the average recoveries of 22 azo colorants varied from 80% to 115% with RSDs less than 7.5%. The method was simple, rapid and accurate, and was applied in the determination of aromatic amine in blue textile and red brown dyed leather samples with satisfactory results.
