摘 要:建立了一种用于测定卷烟包装材料中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的分析方法。采用三醋酸甘油酯为基质,利用顶空技术对样品进行前处理,并与气相色谱质谱(GC—MS)联用,用离子选择对17种挥发性有机物进行了定量分析。在优化的实验条件下,方法线性关系良好,17种挥发性有机物的相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.30~18μg/m^2,比全扫描的检出限低1~3个数量级。17种挥发性有机物的回收率为90%-101%,相对标准偏差小于3.67%。该法简便、快速、重复性好、定性定量准确,适于大批卷烟包装材料中挥发性有机化合物的检测。A headspace gas chromatography -mass spectrometry (HS/GC -MS) method was developed and validated for the determination of 17 volatile organic compounds(VOCs) including ethanol, acetone, iso-propyl alcohol, butanone, ethyl acetate, n-butyl alcohol, iso-propyl acetate, benzene, propylene glycol methyl ether, n-propyl acetate, 4-methyl-2-pentanone, toluene, n-butyl acetate, ethyl benzene, m (p)-xylene, cyclohexanone, o-xylene, in packaging materials of cigarettes. The VOCs were isolated from a standard solution or samples using a headspace system, then identified and quantified by GC -MS under selective ion monitoring mode. The experimental conditions were optimized and the performance of the system was evaluated. Under the optimal conditions, linear calibration curves were obtained with correlation coefficients of more than 0. 999. The detection limits were in the range of 0. 30 - 18 μg/m^2 , which is lower one to three levels than that of the scan method. The average recoveries ranged from 90% to 101% with RSD of less than 3.67%. The method is simple, rapid, reproducible and accurate, and is suitable for the quantitative analysis of VOCs in packaging materials.
