摘 要:通过有限元模型,分析了在不同开挖工况下临近深基坑的建筑物的变形,以及基坑和建筑物之间土体加固对变形的影响,进一步分析了建筑物桩基和基坑连续墙的相互作用。认为基坑拆撑时,建筑物变形发展到最大值,而土体加固能明显减小建筑物水平位移,却对沉降影响不大。这一结论对类似工程的设计有一定的参考价值。Based on the finite element model, the deformations of neighboring construction under different excavation conditions are analyzed. In addition, the impact of soil consolidation between the foundation pit and the constructions on deformation is also analyzed. Then, the interactions between building pile foundations and the continuous wall foundation are presented. Some conclusions are founded, such as the maximize deformation of constructions happened when the bracing structures are detached. Moreover, the horizontal displacement of structures can be reduced by the soil consolidation, but this has letter effect on the settlement. These conclusions have a reference value for the design of similar engineering.
