超声引导下经皮穿刺无水酒精注射治疗肝癌的护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨肝癌患者在超声引导下经皮穿刺无水酒精注射(PEI)的护理配合。方法对42例原发或继发肝癌患者实施在超声引导下行经皮穿刺无水酒精注射治疗(PEIT),手术前予心理护理,讲解手术过程,减轻患者焦虑恐惧心理;指导术中配合方法,术中密切观察病情变化,配合处理患者术中不适;术后根据病人情况予以监测生命体征、吸氧、输液、护肝、止痛等对症治疗。结果42例患者术中情绪稳定,配合得当,治疗过程顺利,酒精弥散良好,复查显示肿瘤均有不同程度缩小,治疗效果满意。结论PEI治疗肝癌,具有创伤小、适用范围广、疗效确切等优点。术前心理护理,术中密切观察病情变化,正确引导使患者掌握恰当的配合方法,及时处理术中患者不适是使治疗成功的有力保证。Objective To explore the nursing cooperation of pereutaneous ethanol injection（ PEI ） under ultrasonic guidance in hepatic carcinoma. Methods Percutaneous ethanol injection therapy（PELT） were performed under the ultrasonic guidance in 42 patients with primary or secondary hepatic carcinoma. Mental eare and operation procedure explaining were carried out to relieve patients＇ worry before operation. The nursing during operation process including of teaching the patients cooperation method, observing the change of patients＇ conditions and helping doctor to treat the patients＇ discomfort. The nursing after operation was giving therapies such as observation of patients＇ body signs, oxygen inhaling, transfusion, ease their pain and so on according to patients＇ symptom. Results The process of the operation was successfully and the therapy results was satisfied due to the patients＇ stable emotion and suitable cooperation as well as good diffusion of the ethanol during operation procedure. Condulsion PEIT for hepatic carcinoma has the advantage of mini - wound, extensive application scope and reliable effects. The strong guarantees for the success of therapy are mental care for the patient s before operation, observing the change of patient＇ conditions, helping the patient to master the correct cooperation methods and treating paticntst discomfort timely during operation.
