麦芽醇对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后iNOS的影响

摘　　要：目的观察麦芽醇对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤后诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的影响。方法建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)再灌流模型,应用免疫组织化学方法检测脑组织中iNOS的表达。结果脑缺血再灌注损伤后,脑组织中iNOS表达明显增强,给予麦芽醇后,iNOS表达减弱。结论麦芽醇可抑制iNOS表达,对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of mahol on the expression of iNOS after focal cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The model of ischemia reperfusion injury was established by transient middle cerebral artery occlusion（MCAO）. The expression of iNOS was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of iNOS was increased significantly after cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Treatment with maltol could markedly inhibit the expression of iNOS. Conclusion maltol may protect cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury by reducing the expression of iNOS.
