摘  要:目的探讨新型生物玻璃支架BG-20的细胞相容性,为组织工程支架材料的选择提供依据。方法将骨髓基质干细胞(BMSc)与BG-20体外复合培养,进行形态学观察、细胞增殖、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)测定。结果BMSc能贴附在BG-20上,增殖、生长不受影响,且BG-20有一定的促细胞增殖的作用。ALP测定结果BG-20组与对照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论BG-20具有良好的细胞相容性,能作为BMSc的载体用于组织工程骨的构建。objective To study biocompatibility on a new bioglass scaffold combined with cultured bone marrow stromal cells(BMSc) in vitro. Methods BMSc were cultured together with BG-20 in vitro, and the morphological characters, cell proliferation, alkaline phosphatase activity were detected. Results BMSc could attached to the surface of BG-20, the proliferation and growth were not affected by BG-20, and BG-20 could promot cell proliferation. Conclusion BG-20 has good biocompatibility with BMSc, they can be used as carrier of tissue engineering bone in vitro.
