摘 要:目的比较平衡式快速场回波(B-FFE)技术和呼吸导航三维平衡超快速场回波(3DB-TFE)技术对胸主动脉成像图像质量的影响。方法对31例临床可疑主动脉病变的患者进行了前瞻性B-FFE和3DB-TFE检查。采用图像分析质量标准对两种方法进行评价。结果31例B-FFE和3DB-TFE图像均能准确地显示胸主动脉及其弓上分支;图像质量B-FFE显著较3DB-TFE差,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);成像时间B-FFE明显较3DB-TFE短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者配合难易程度上,B-FFE较3DB-TFE难。结论屏气B-FFE和呼吸导航3DB-TFE两种技术均可在不使用对比剂的情况下较为满意地评价胸主动脉情况,3DB-TFE的图像质量优于B-FFE技术。Objective To compare the quality of images between balanced fast field echo(B-FFE) and three-dimensional balanced turbo field echo (3D B-TEF) in thoracic aorta. Methods Thirty-one patients with clinically suspected aorta disease were prospectively examined with both B-FFE and 3D B- TFE and the two methods were compared with the standards of image quality. Results Thirty-one examinations with B-FFE and 3D B-TFE accurately demonstrated thoracic aorta and its main branches, and there was no statistical significant difference in visualizing the main branches of thoracic aorta.the imaging quality of 3D B-TFE was better than that of B-FFE (P〈0.01).The imaging time of B-FFE was shorter than that of 3D B-TFE (P〈0.05), but patients were more difficult to cooperate to accomplish the procedure with B-FFE than with 3D B-TFE. Conclusion Both fast breath-hold B-FFE and respiratory navigation 3D B-TFE techniques can satifactoriely visualize thoracic aorta without gadonilium-containing contrast material examnations, and the imaging quality of 3D B-TFE is better than B-FFE.
