摘　　要：安钢3 500 mm炉卷大型中厚板轧机工作辊轧辊轴承在70 MN重载下要求可靠且安全生产,避免轴承的损坏对生产造成的影响,从而节约成本、提高生产效率,我们对3 500 mm炉卷轧机工作辊轧辊轴承进行长达4年的跟踪维护,对高精度轧辊轴承的科学使用和严格管理,从安钢3 500 mm炉卷轧机投产运行之初即有效控制了工作辊轴承非正常损耗事故,使工作辊轧辊轴承的寿命极大的延长并发挥了良好性能,保证了炉卷轧机高效运行。the work-roll bearing in the 3 500 mm steckel mill in Angang run safely under 70 MN heavy load. We kept on study on the work-roll bearing in the 3 500 mm steckel mill in Angang for over 4 years, in order to avoid the damage of the bearing and save the cost and improve the production. We never have one informal damage of the bearing by our right use and fine management. So that the work-roll bearing work very well and assure the productin of the 3 500 mm steckel mill.
