摘  要:采用热力耦合数值模拟方法对高温合金IN718单榫头叶片精锻成形工艺过程进行了模拟研究.研究结果表明:在叶片成形过程中塑性变形功和摩擦功所带来的升温效应和坯料与模具之间的热传递所引起的冷却效应对温度场、等效应力场以及载荷-时间曲线的影响较大;不同摩擦系数对叶片精锻过程的影响也比较明显;成功解决了叶身和榫头交界处出现的缩颈问题;通过模拟结果对比分析,进一步验证了本模拟过程分析的合理性和实用性.Precision forging process of blade is simulated by the coupled thermo-mechanical method. The research results indicate that there are two factors affecting temperature field and equivalent stress field and load-time curve in the process of blade forging. One is beating-up effect of plastic deformation work and friction work, and the other is cooling effect of heat transfer between billet and die. It was analyzed the influence of friction coefficient on precision forging process of blade under different conditions of friction. In addition, the problem of necking down between rabbet and the body of the blade is solved. Through comparing simulation results with results by other methods and application of the results, the simulation process can be further verified to be reasonableness and practicability.
