高校团组织培养创新人才的优势及途径探析

摘　　要：培养创新型人才是建设创新型国家的迫切需要,也是高校肩负的历史使命。共青团组织应充分利用其政治、组织、活动、人才等方面的优势,认真组织开展课外科技创新活动、校园文化活动,全面实施"素质拓展计划",努力构建创新人才培养的长效机制,为培养创新人才发挥重要作用。Cultivating creative talent and improving the quality of talent is an urgent need to build an innovation - oriented country. The colleges and universities also should shoulder the historic mission. Communist Youth League Organizations should organize extra - curricular activities in science and technology, campus cultural activities carefully, implement the ＂quality plan＂ in an all - round way, and do its utmost to build a long - term mechanism for training qualified personnel, by making full use of it＇s politics, organization, activity, and human resources advantages, which to play a unique and important role of cultivating innovative talent.
