摘　　要：高校图书馆是高校的文献中心,是为教学科研服务的学术性机构。新建本科院校图书馆要不断增强服务意识,努力提高服务质量,充分发挥服务职能,成为教学科研的坚实后盾。要实现这一目标,就必须准确分析新建本科院校图书馆服务质量的现状,找出存在的问题与不足,并积极探寻解决问题的有效途径。Libraries in colleges and universities, which is the documentary center, xais a academic institution in the service of teaching researching. As a result, the libraries of new graduate universities should enhance the service conscience, try our best to improve the quality of service, and play a full role of the responsibility of service in order to become an actual support for teaching and researching. To put this objective into reality, we have to analyze the current situation of the quality of service exactly, find out the existing problem and shortcomings and search for the effective way to solve the problem.
