盐豆木固氮根瘤内ATP酶的定位研究

摘　　要：对盐豆木根瘤进行了ＡＴＰ酶的电镜细胞化学研究．结果表明，ＡＴＰ水解酶的磷酸铅沉淀分布于宿主细胞质、胞间隙间及拟菌体周膜和液泡膜上．在宿主细胞中，正在发育液泡的膜上有高的ＡＴＰ水解酶活性．质体中ＡＴＰ酶的磷酸铅沉淀也较多．拟菌体内ＡＴＰ水解酶活性随拟菌体发育阶段的不同而异，幼壮龄拟菌体内ＡＴＰ水解酶磷酸铅沉淀较少，而在衰老拟菌体内则较多．这种动态变化，可能与拟菌体发育不同阶段的固氮活性有关．The　study　on　localization　of　ATPase　in　root　nodules　on　Halimodendron　Halodendron(Poll)　Voss　shows　that　the　particles　of　lead　phosphate　precipitates　resulting　from　the　reaction　of　ATP　hydrolytic　enzyme　distrbute　in　cytoplasm,peribacteroid　membranes　and　tonoplast　etc.of　the　host　cells.ATPase　plays　an　important　role　in　the　transportation　and　absorption　of　substances,　The　heavy　lead　phosphate　deposits　indicating　a　high　activity　of　ATPase　were　obviously　localized　at　tonoplast　of　developing　vocuoles.Possibly,this　results　indicat　that　ATPase　is　related　with　the　physiological　function　of　the　host　cells　at　different　development　stages.
