摘  要:针对当前我国高校竞争情报实施过程中存在的问题,分析竞争情报实施与校园文化的潜在关系,进而探讨竞争情报对校园文化建设的能动作用以及校园文化对竞争情报实施的影响。得出两者是互动与融合的关系之结论:优秀的校园文化对竞争情报系统建设和运行有着深刻的影响和变革作用;成功实施竞争情报的高校必须有成熟的校园文化支撑,它们共同形成和保持高校的竞争优势。实践表明,为了实现正向互动效应,必须构建竞争情报文化体系。In view of the university's present situation about competitive intelligence, the paper analyses the latent relations of the competitive intelligence and the campus culture, and then discusses the moving function of the competitive intelligence to the campus cultural reconstruction, as well as the influence of the campus culture to the competitive intelligence. It comes to the conclusion that the relations between the competitive intelligence and the campus culture are interaction and fusion: The outstanding campus culture has the profound influence and the transformable function to the construction and movement of the competitive intelligence system. The university who implement the competitive intelligence successful must have the mature campus culture' s support, they both form and maintain the university' s competitive advantage. The practice has indicated that in order to realize the forward interactive effect, must the competition information culture system be constructed.
