毒死蜱对土壤微生物及碳、氮含量的生态效应

摘  要:为全面评价毒死蜱的生态安全性,在蕹菜地喷施不同浓度和频次的毒死蜱并检测土壤微生物数量、有机碳和总氮含量的变化。结果:(1)按厂家推荐浓度或其2倍浓度喷施1-2次,1周后因细菌和真菌的减少使土壤微生物总数下降,2周后由于细菌的恢复和增加又使微生物总数上升,放线菌一直相对稳定。土壤有机碳和总氮含量的变化与微生物总数变化有明显的协同关系。按厂家推荐浓度的4倍喷施2-3次,土壤微生物总数、有机碳和总氮含量均会下降。(2)统计分析表明,上述变化均未达显著水平,因此按常规使用毒死蜱不会威胁土壤的生态安全。To appraise the ecological safety of chlorpyrifos in all round way, sprayed different concentration and fi'equency chlorpyritos on the red soil planted with Lpom oea aquelica and then determined the change of microorganism, organic carbon and total nitrogen of soil. Result: (1) According to the concentration recommend by firm or double and sprayed 1-2 time, after 1 week the total of soil microorganism came down as a result of decrease of bacteria and fungus. After 2 weeks, the total of soil microorganism was going up because of bacteria resumed and increased. But actinomyces kept relatively stable throughout the whole test. The change of soil organic carbon and total nitrogen had a coordinated relationship with the change of soil microorganism. However, if sprayed 4 times concentration recommend by firm and 2-3 frequency, the total of soil microorganism, organic carbon and total nitrogen all came down. (2)The statistics showed that above change had not reached outstanding lever, so the ecological safety of soil would not be destroyed by chlorpyrifos with regular use.
