β环糊精聚合物玻璃毛细管柱的研制

摘　　要：采用自制的非水溶性β环糊精聚合物制成液溶胶，将该溶胶充满柱放置一段时间，固定相微粒均匀地吸附在柱壁上，制备出了高效率的玻璃毛细管柱．测试了制备柱的性能并对某些化合物进行了分离．In this paper,a waterinsoluble βcyclodextrion polymer was synthesized and prepared to be collsosl, capillary full of this collosol was laid for some time, the corpuscle of stationary phase was adsorbed on the surface of capillary column and highefficient columns were prepared.The property of columns were tested and some compounds were separated on the columns prepated by above method.
