摘 要:前胡属是伞形科中存在分类问题较多的一个类群,该属的界限模糊不清,种间关系也不明确,为进一步探讨该属的系统进化关系,采用光学显微镜对6种前胡属植物的叶表皮进行了观察,显微镜观察的结果表明:6种植物中,前胡(Peucedanum.praeruptori)的叶片气孔仅存在于下表皮,红前胡(P.rubricaule),松潘前胡(P.songpanens),长前胡(P.turgeniifolii),滇西前胡(P.delavayi)和刺尖前胡(P.elegans)的叶片两面表皮均有气孔;气孔类型均为不规则形;上下表皮细胞形状为多边形或不规则形;垂周壁式样可区分为近平直、浅波状和深波状;气孔密度和气孔指数在属内种间,尤其是在近缘种间有所差异,从叶表皮形态分析,松潘前胡、长前胡、滇西前胡和前胡最原始,红前胡次之,刺尖前胡则处于相对进化的地位。6种前胡属植物的叶表皮形态均为国内首次报道。Leaf epidermis of 6 species in Peucedanum from China were examined under light microscopy. They were reported for the first time. The microscopic observation showed that: P. praeruptori stomatal only lied under the skin, P. rubricaule, P. songpanens, P. turgeniifolii, P. delavayi and P. elegans, their leaves lied epidermal stomata both sides; Stomatal types were irregular in shape; upper and lower epidermal cell shape or irregular polygons; anticlinal walls pattern could be divided into nearly straight, wavy shallow and deep wavy. Stomatal density and stomatal index was the difference between the species. Therefore, the type of crystals in epidermal cells and some distinct characters varied obviously with species, in particular among species allies. From leaf epidermis morphology, P. songpanens, P. turgeniifolii, P. delavayi and P. praeruptori were most primitive, P. elegans was evolutive.
