后腹腔镜下马蹄肾峡部离断四例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨经后腹腔镜行马蹄肾峡部离断手术的手术方法及疗效。方法应用后腹腔镜对4例有症状的马蹄。肾患者行峡部离断手术。结果手术均取得成功，手术时间平均2h，术中出血平均80ml，术后1周出院，随访3～13个月，无术中及术后并发症发生。结论后腹腔镜行峡部离断手术是马蹄肾安全有效的微创治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the method and effect of treatment of horseshoe kidney by retroperitoneal laparoscopy. Methods 4 patients with horseshoe kidney who underwent laparoscopic dismembered were studied. Results The operations of all the cases were successful without complication. The mean operative time was 2 hours, the mean estimated blood loss was 80 ml. the hospitalization time after operation was 7 days. The patients were followed up for 3-13 months uneventfully. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic dismembered is a safe, effective and minimally invasive procedure for the treatment of the horseshoe kidney.
