摘　　要：随着市场化进程的加快和信息技术广泛应用,文献信息资源的效益与共享越来越受到服务商与用户的关注。文献资源的整合与优化,文献信息的保证与评价,文献服务的共享与经营,成为我国文献信息资源体系最终得以与国际文献资源信息建设同步发展的重要保证。As the speeding up of marketing process and widespread of information technology, benefit of information resources and its share has caught attention of service agents and users. The integration and optimum, guarantee and evaluation of information, share and management of information service have been important guarantee for the information resources system developing with international information resources construction at same pace.
