新时期省级农科院研究生培养与管理工作探析

摘　　要：文章基于对我国省级农科院研究生培养与管理模式的认识,分析了新时期省级农科院研究生培养与管理的现状与特点。在此基础上,指出了目前省级农科院研究生培养与管理工作中存在的主要问题,结合实际工作,提出了几点针对性对策和建议,即加强院级宏观调控、增强研究所级管理和服务功能、加强管理队伍建设、抓好研究生自身管理、加强研究生信息化建设,以促进研究生培养与管理工作规范、有序、高效运行。Based upon the cognition of postgraduate training and management pattern in provincial-level academy of agricultural sciences, the current situation and characteristics were analyzed in the new period. On the bases, some primary problems which existed presently were pointed out. Accompany with experiences in actual work, several corresponding advices and countermeasures were brought forward in order to promote the work of the postgraduate training and management in a canonical, orderly as well as effective manner, i.e, strengthening monitor at the academy level, strengthening administration and service at institute level, strengthening construction of manager team, improving management of postgraduates themselves, and strengthening construction of informatization.
