摘 要:采用ZPGD-400型电弧喷涂机在Q235钢基体上喷涂Ti6Al4V涂层,并借助扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、显微硬度计及滑动磨损试验机对喷涂涂层的显微组织、结合状态、硬度以及磨损表面进行分析。结果表明, Ti6Al4V涂层组织呈典型的层状特征,孔隙少,涂层与基体结合紧密,涂层平均显微硬度1013 HV_(0.2)其耐磨损性能为Q235钢的20倍,磨损机制主要为剥层磨损和粘着磨损。The Ti6Al4V coating was prepared on Q235 steel substrate by the ZPGD-400 arc spraying system with titanium alloy. The microstructure, appearance of combination, micro-hardness and wear resistance of the coating were investigated by SEM, XRD, micro-hardness tester and friction&wear tester. The results show that the coating is homogenous laminated microstructure and contains only a little micro-pore and excellent bonding between the coating and the Q235 steel substrate. The average hardness value achieves 1 013HV0.2. The abrasion resistance improves about 20 times than that of Q235 steel. The main wear mechanism is peeling-off worn and adhesive wear.
