城网规划技术经济综合评价研究

摘　　要：目前我国对城市配电网规划结果的评价还存在一些不完善的地方,一般仅限于对规划方案经济效益的评价,评价过程往往依赖于参与工作的专家的知识和经验。本文对城网规划技术经济指标进行了比较系统的研究。并有针对性的提出了一个新的改进指标,即变电站负载率离散系数,为建立科学、合理、客观的城市配电网规划技术经济指标体系打下了坚实的理论和实践基础。there is an inadequacy in assessing the city distribution network planning in China, the assessment is only focused on economic result of the planning scheme and the assessment process generally relies on the knowledge and experiences of the participated experts. This paper made further study on the technical and economic indices of the planning and proposed a new improvement index,the substation load rate discrete coefficient. The study will provide solid foundation for establishing scientific, reasonable and practical index system of assessing city distribution network planning.
