铁路收发油泵站真空系统工艺及设备分析

摘　　要：真空系统工艺是铁路收发油泵站工艺系统的一个重要组成部分。随着科学技术的发展,新技术、新设备、新工艺在泵站真空系统工艺中得到应用,泵站真空系统工艺及设备得到更新。从泵站真空系统工艺及设备的演变发展过程出发,对五种真空系统工艺及设备的特点进行了详细的阐述。通过对多个对比指标的定量分析,给出了五种真空系统工艺及设备的性能优劣特征,进而对泵站真空系统工艺及设备的选择提出了建议。With development of science and technology, new technologies, new equipment and new processes are applied in vacuum system of oil pump station and processes and equipment of oil vacuum system are updated continuously. According to the development of oil vacuum system, described in details are characteristics of 5 kinds of processes and equipment of oil vacuum system, and their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out by analyzing relative index quantitatively and qualitatively. At last, suggestions are put forward for selection of processes and equipment of oil vacuum system in oil pump station.
